PHO LONDON.
What initially started as a place for founder Phoebe Whiston to share her stylistic inspirations after dropping out of London College of Fashion, PHO London has grown into an online boutique dedicated to timeless essentials with a contemporary allure. Three words to describe PHO: Classic. Feminine. Evolving.
With a sustainable stance, PHO’s investment-worthy brands favour slick lines and simplicity – the kind of pieces one treasures for more than just a season. And it’s this idiom that transpires into the brand itself. A clean, concise and considered business ideology parallels those insta-worthy visuals. PHO is a testament to the fact that Instagram is paving the way for young start-ups. After growing a (rather large) following on the visual-based social platform, Phoebe made the leap, and opened up shop.
“I’m finding now that the minimalist aesthetic is evolving, it seems a bit more experimental.” Phoebe takes her time over buying, always making sure to visit the brand’s studios and get a feel for the people behind the products to make sure everything is entirely on-point and on-PHO. The newest labels added to her roster this season are Maryam Nassir Zadeh, Jessie Harris and NUTLER.
“To me, style means being completely yourself and being completely comfortable with that,” we couldn’t agree more.
