POSITIVE VIBES.

Social media has become even more prominent in our lives than it was before. Unsurprisingly. It seems every celebrity and their mother is now on TikTok – even though I feel very strongly that if you are above 25 and do not have children, or teenage siblings, you shouldn’t even have the app downloaded on your phone, but that’s just me. Leave the bad dance routines to the Gen Z, even if it is a welcomed distraction right now.

As for memes, and those inspirational quotes you see littering Instagram feeds, they’ve become the love language of parents and older generations. Sometimes this can be a quaint form of escapism, until you’ve been sent the same mildly funny video three times in one day. Regardless, there are some real gems out there that perfectly encapsulate the feelings and anxieties of today.
